Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days, after which it will not be possible to return and exchange the item.

In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be exchanged.

Only the exchange of the article (size and type of article) is allowed, therefore it is not possible to refund the price of the article.

Changes

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the exchange request.

Return shipping

To return the product, it must be sent to: G148 - Via Duomo 47, Orvieto (TR) - 05018.

The shipping costs for returning the item are charged to the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
